As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
  • Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
  • Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer

All You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
  • Satisfactory attendance required
