As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a dedicated team that's responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:- Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
- Answering inquiries regarding general travel information and resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
- Communicating with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
- Communicating new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE
- Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable
- Satisfactory attendance required
