Job Description
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members across various channels including email, chat, and phone. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and efficient support to arenaflex members via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist members with inquiries related to their accounts, billing, streaming options, and technical troubleshooting.
- Utilize arenaflex's knowledge base and resources to resolve member issues accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex member concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's latest offerings, features, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and quality of service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with members and colleagues.
- Adapt quickly to changes in workflows, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
