Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating concerns when required
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Helping customers understand contract details, explaining policies and procedures, and providing clear guidance on our products and services
• Managing existing customer relationships, building trust, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported
• Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Maintaining open and interactive communication with management and coworkers, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees, maintaining a positive attitude and composure
• General computer and typing skills, with proficiency in using software applications and tools
• A strong focus on quality work, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering results
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• High School diploma or GED required; Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
