Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone and video calls, live chats, and email communications.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience Requirements:

+ 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred). + A home office setting with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups. + High level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes. + Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills. + Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. + Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments.

  • Technical Requirements:

+ CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended, No Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron processors. + Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum. + Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum. + Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max. + OS Win 8.1 (64bit), Win 10 (64bit). + RAM 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended. + A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer. + A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes.

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Customer Satisfaction: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Customer Support/Service: Experience in customer support and service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Typing: Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently.
  • Work From Home: Ability to work from home, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
