Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them to grow their business and build trust with their customers
* Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, and fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately, utilizing active listening skills to resolve customer needs
* Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, and understanding the importance of attention to detail
* Improving skills through practice, and applying new knowledge or skills quickly to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities
* Enjoying working in a technical workplace, and being adaptable and committed to sales and customer service excellence

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
* Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience in the following areas is a plus:
* Home Inspection
* Carpet Cleaning
* Maid Service
* Handyman
