Experienced Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Support

Job Summary:
As a Mandarin Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse population of members, medical facilities, transportation providers, and health plans. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, accurately entering ride details, confirming member eligibility, and addressing member inquiries and concerns. Primary Responsibilities:
* Taking inbound calls from Members, Medical Facilities, Transportation Providers, and Health Plans to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Accurately entering ride details to ensure successful ride completion and efficient logistics
- Confirming member eligibility and ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Answering Member inquiries regarding transportation services, addressing concerns, and providing solutions
- Identifying and assessing Member's additional needs, such as language barriers or special requirements
- Intaking of Member concerns and escalating issues to internal departments as necessary
- Actively working with other internal departments to quickly address real-time issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business growth
Required Education and Experience:
* Must be fluent in Mandarin (verbal) and possess excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, healthcare, or business) is an asset
- One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high-call-volume atmosphere, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone
- Positive and helpful attitude, with a passion for working with diverse populations and personalities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability, with a focus on empathy and understanding
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
- Accurately type 35 wpm or more, with strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology
- Ability to empathize with the Member and/or Member's guardian, with a focus on providing personalized support and care
Job Requirements:
* Must be able to pass a criminal background record check and sanctions check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, including overnights and weekends, with a focus on providing 24/7 support to our members

* A well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work remotely without interruption or distraction
- A notebook or desktop computer with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available
- High-Speed Broadband service (wired only) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment (having a backup internet provider is a plus!)
