Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Promptly answering inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, responding to emails, and live chats to provide exceptional customer service
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Utilizing your product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience working in high-volume call centers or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-based environment with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
- Quiet space in your home to talk on the phone without distraction
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in Spanish
- Experience working in the beauty or skincare industry
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and cosmetics
