Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist II to join our remote team, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, providing critical service and product information, processing orders, and tracking customer packages. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist II, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Successfully troubleshoot and resolve all customer service inquiries or issues via incoming phone, email, and/or chat contacts.
- Customer Service: Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Order Processing: Process orders and enter data into our order entry system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Package Tracking: Track customer packages and ensure timely delivery.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and initiatives.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate; flexibility required during peak times.
- Home Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace with a wired, high-speed internet connection, modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi).
- Computer Requirements: Ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership.
