This program provides dental benefits to 1.8 million active duty family members and National Guard and Reserve members and their families. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our military families receive the support they deserve.

Your Mission

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our military families. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to support the military community.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution.
  • Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards. Attend all required training classes.
  • Elevate issues to the next level of supervision, as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required for all levels.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, preferably with healthcare customer service.
  • Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ability to take direction and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a simple, customer-facing way.

* Work from home with a flexible schedule (11:30 AM-8:00 PM).
