Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email inquiries from customers

Schedule and Flexibility

While the majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, we accommodate contractors with varying schedules. You will have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting or exceeding performance targets. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your efforts.

• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you will need to maintain:

• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you will remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of your program assignment. You will be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and arenaflex will not be responsible for providing employee benefits, such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, or health insurance.

arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
