Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Event Relations and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining our event database, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Administrative Commitments
+ Maintain our event database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information + Coordinate logistics for events, including research, procurement, purchasing, and fulfillment + Maintain vendor library, status reports, and other internal records + Regulate event relations financial arrangements, process all p-card charges, and reconcile sales
Capacity Facing Commitments
+ Support event activities for advancing, brand, and special mission shoots and various requests, including Hulu and Corporate Disney events, such as Candid, TCAs, and D23 + Assist with directing event support for asset opportunities for our VIP talent, such as Kardashians, Selena Gomez, etc. + Regulate experiences, including dinners, Disney Parks excursions, games, and shows
Event Facing Commitments
+ Make arrangements for participants for debuts and special events, including supervising filler association and conceptualizing skill to welcome + E-vite scattering and managing the RSVP list + Labeling and seating for debuts + On-the-spot backing and leadership of GA and VIP enrollment
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience in event relations or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with unparalleled interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work a few nights and weekends as needed to support events
- Experience with the entertainment industry, including buzz-worthy titles, surprising new talent, designs, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Experience with event management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
