Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
  • Handling inbound calls in a timely manner and managing outbound calls as necessary
  • Researching and verifying information provided by customers utilizing online resources
  • Following communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions to customer inquiries
  • Providing customers with product and service information as needed
  • Continuously learning and training to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Updating job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A professional work ethic and strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
  • Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
  • A minimum typing speed of 25wpm
  • The ability to identify and escalate priority issues
  • The ability to manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
  • A quiet work space and high-speed internet
  • Bi-lingual skills (Spanish or French) a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Knowledge of the customer service industry and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
