Key Responsibilities
As a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of our customer identity system across AdTech platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive customer identity system that integrates with AdTech platforms
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer data and identity management best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our systems and processes
- Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data security regulations
- Working with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced software engineer who has a passion for AdTech and customer data management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role
- 3+ years of experience working in customer identity management
- Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale marketing delivery frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, identity diagrams, and general identifiers
- Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing
- Experience with data development strategies and tools
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization
- Past experience in architecting solutions
