Experienced Customer Care Representative – Life Insurance, Mortuary, Cemetery, and Mortgages Industry

We're currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and industry knowledge
What We'll Love About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish (plus) is a must
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
- Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills, including typing (35 wpm) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Availability: Full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST) or part-time schedule (open to discussion)
