Job Description

As a Chat Sales Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers to customers via chat, using our proprietary software to facilitate the sales process
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and encourage them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assign leads to customers and follow up with them via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and sales strategies
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your sales goals and overcome any challenges you may face

Key Responsibilities
