Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty
  • Utilizing upselling techniques to increase sales, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
  • Handling cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate and secure processing
  • Maintaining phone etiquette standards during customer interactions, providing a positive and professional experience

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred), with a focus on providing clear and concise information to customers

  • Experience with cash handling procedures, including accurate and secure processing of transactions
  • Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus, but not required
