As a Customer Support Chat Agent focusing on healthcare support, you will engage with customers through live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via social media channels and live chat
  • Resolving customer questions, offering support, and managing product reviews to ensure satisfaction
  • Leveraging internal platforms and resources to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Adhering to established protocols and guidelines, upholding arenaflex's standard for high performance
  • Performing accurate data entry and maintaining data confidentiality
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in remote data entry or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
