Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, your role will involve:
- Addressing and resolving customer issues through phone, email, and chat support

Requirements

- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Minimal technical troubleshooting experience
