Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Concierge-Related Details: You will assist clients with concierge-related details, such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations, ensuring that their travel experience is tailored to their preferences.
- Corresponding with Clients: You will correspond with clients on preferences, assisting with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences no later than 1 week before departure.
- Preparing Client Documents and Travel Tips: You will prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and when.
- Updating Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: You will update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Managing Client Profiles and Bookings: You will manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Serving as Backup Travel Support: You will serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, providing timely and effective support to clients.
