Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, or email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also providing a positive and personalized experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing concise and accurate information to customers via live chat or phone
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need

Qualifications

  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote customer support environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with social media or community management
