The Role

As a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Advocate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, navigating the complexities of healthcare and insurance, and making a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities

Your Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web-based systems and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare or insurance experience, including knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans

  • Background in social work, behavioral health, or a related field
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with complex healthcare needs
