What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Treasury Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to taxpayers through verbal and written communication
- Reviewing and processing tax forms and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner
- Handling extensive phone and computer work, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems effectively
- Maintaining a safe and appropriate designated workspace for remote work, adhering to arenaflex's remote work policies and guidelines
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolving complex customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
- One year of experience responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 6 level
- Two years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative 7 level
- Three years of experience for the Treasury Customer Service Representative E8 level
- A secure and sufficient internet access with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
