Job Overview
The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel play a critical role in the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- The ability to type at least 60 words per minute
