This Mechanical Customer Service Expert position will be based in the Bristol, TN area, and we require hires to reside within a 50-mile radius of Bristol, TN.Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for:- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills

To work from home, you'll need:- Internet Connection Requirements:
