What You'll Do

As a Homeoffice Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through our LiveEngage platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase: You'll use your knowledge and expertise to help customers get the most out of their contact lens purchase, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members: You'll work closely with your team to achieve our goals and objectives, and participate in regular meetings and chats to stay connected and aligned.
  • Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: You'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience: You'll use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and concerns, and turn them into opportunities to delight our customers.
  • Maintaining high performance metrics: You'll be measured on your performance, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience: We're looking for candidates with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience: You'll need to have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute): You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately, with a high level of proficiency.
  • Technical proficiency: You'll need to be comfortable using technology, including our LiveEngage platform.
  • Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better: You'll need a fast and reliable internet connection to perform your job duties.
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality: You'll need a quiet and private workspace that allows you to focus on your job duties.
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality: You'll need to be a positive and motivated individual, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
