What You Will Do in This Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solving users' demands
- Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within SLA
- Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients
- Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it
- Ensuring contractual SLA is maintained
- Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the company and their products
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency or bilingualism in Spanish and English (advanced level)
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, as well as teamwork skills
- Customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs
- Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution
- Initiative and availability to receive trainings and adaptation skills
- Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry
- Interest and passion for fashion, as well as knowledge of the latest fashion trends
- Proven expertise in E-commerce client service (after purchase)
- Knowledge of emotional intelligence that allows the agent to identify a customer's problem and solve it in an empathetic way
- Proven expertise in Payment Method platforms
- Knowledge in CRM software
