Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Kenya. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Business Land improvement team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and property management services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Business Land improvement team, including managing office operations, client communication, and property management services

  • Assist with client support requests and escalate issues to the relevant property management staff
  • Log and dispatch all service requests in the Zeus Work Request system
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure service requests are completed to their satisfaction
  • Assist with financial reporting, including preparing and submitting invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain up-to-date records of fleet protection and enrollments
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with lease terms, including preparing and distributing welcome packages and coordinating HOA/Townhouse communications
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an office management or property management role

  • Experience with office management software and systems, including Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Experience with property management software and systems
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to property management
  • Certification in office management or property management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
