Job Description

As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's data integrity and accuracy by entering, updating, and verifying information in our database systems accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that data is managed and leveraged effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Input customer and account data from source documents within time limits

• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
• Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is a plus
• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Great attention to detail

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required
