Job Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and responding to part-confronting visits in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions, including addressing general product inquiries and investigating complex issues related to online orders, tracking, and deliveries
- Utilizing critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to resolve request/item/conveyance issues
- Working as the primary point of contact between customers, merchants, purchasing, and activities staff
- Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the phone or responding to chats
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- A Web-based Business Part Administration Specialist Certification after completion of a 14-day training program
- Previous customer support experience (desired)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual capabilities (a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
* A solid foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief, friendly assistance, and exceptional closing rates
- Ability to adapt and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues
