Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist to join our team in a part-time remote position. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our online operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our business. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings on Amazon, entering and processing data accurately, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating Amazon product listings efficiently to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines
  • Entering and maintaining accurate data in various systems, including Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting market research to identify trending products and competitors, and providing insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance business performance
  • Assisting in data analysis and reporting to identify areas for optimization and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or data entry specialist, with a strong understanding of e-commerce processes and Amazon Seller Central
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and management effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for online listings
