Job Summary

Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
- Providing accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other inquiries
- Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating records consistently
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
