Producer (Guangzhou/Shanghai)

We are continuing to grow our Content Production team and are currently seeking a Freelance Producer based in Guangzhou/Shanghai to coordinate local photo and video shoots.Your impact:

• Source and communicate with models, production teams, and location partners.
• Manage shoots end-to-end: from pre-production to on-set execution.
• Create clear briefs for shoot participants and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare references and mood boards for upcoming shoots.

About you

• 1+ year of experience in production or shoot coordination
• Proven experience running full-cycle shoots (China-based)
• Confident English (Upper-Intermediate+) and fluent Ukrainian
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets & Docs to keep everything structured
• Sharp research skills: finding the right people, locations, and vendors fast
• Strong communicator who can align teams and keep things moving
• Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and get things done

Will be a plus

• Working proficiency in Mandarin.
• Strong visual taste with a keen eye for social media trends.
• Hands-on experience with Notion and basic knowledge of Figma.
