Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Position responsible for the general maintenance of the Master Schedules in IDX System and acts as department liaison for after hour advisory service.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines.
  • Communicates changes to physician master schedules.
  • Updates scheduling protocol and manual as needed.
  • Monitors ACD reports daily.
  • Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning.
  • Assists with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed.

Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
