About Us
KIN Aesthetic is a fast growing online coaching company helping women lose fat, build muscle, and create long term, sustainable results. We currently coach 100+ active clients and pride ourselves on:
- High accountability
- Structured systems (Trainerize, check-ins, data tracking)
- Real transformations (no quick fixes)
We’re looking for a Shadow Coach to join our team, support clients, and grow into a lead coaching role. Important This is not an entry level role. We’re looking for someone who can step into a fast paced environment and coach with both empathy and authority. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting a high volume of clients (30–50+ alongside head coaches)
- Delivering structured, data driven weekly check-ins
- Adjusting workouts, cardio, and nutrition based on progress
- Daily communication with clients via Trainerize
- Reinforcing habits (steps, protein, workouts, consistency)
- Assisting with onboarding and client experience
- Supporting group coaching calls and community engagement
Required Experience
- 2+ years coaching (online preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Fat loss & body recomposition
- Calorie deficits & macro tracking
- Habit based coaching
- Reading client data (weight trends, adherence, etc.)
Bonus:
- Reverse dieting
- Plateau troubleshooting
- Experience coaching busy women (ages 25–45)
Tech Requirements
- Trainerize (preferred)
- Google Docs / Sheets
- Notion
- Strong written communication (this role is messaging-heavy)
Role Structure
- Phase 1 (Training / Shadow):
- 2–3 hours/day
Compensation
- $30–$40/hour during the initial training phase
- Transition into performance based pay per client ($50–$75 per active client) as you take on client load
- Increased earning potential as you manage more clients and grow within the company
- Potential to become a Lead Coach inside KIN Aesthetic
Compensation
Structure This role transitions from hourly to per client pay as responsibilities increase. We reward coaches who can manage client relationships, deliver results, and take ownership. Ideal Candidate
