Medicare Telesales Agent (Remote – 1099 Independent Contractor) Company: The President’s Club, LLC Job Type: Contract (1099) Location: Remote (U.S. Only) Compensation: Commission-Based + Bonuses + Residual Options Job Overview The President’s Club is actively seeking experienced Medicare Telesales Agents to join our high-performance remote sales team. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) opportunity for driven sales professionals who want uncapped earning potential, flexible scheduling, and access to high-quality inbound opportunities. If you are a closer who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment — we want you on the team. What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound Medicare sales calls
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, MAPD, and ancillary products
- Recommend and enroll clients into plans that best fit their needs
- Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and company standards
- Utilize company platforms (Sunfire, EnrollHere, GoGuru, Balto) to manage sales and client data
- Complete full sales cycle including enrollment and documentation
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
Compensation & Earnings
- Commission-based pay (uncapped)
- Multiple pay structures available: (Single Commission Plan/ Residual Income Plan)
- Paid on Qualified Enrollments (must remain active 4 months)
- Health Risk Assessments (HRAs): $25 each (no chargebacks)
- Commissions paid twice monthly (typically 2nd & 4th Friday)
- Additional bonuses, contests, and incentives available
Schedule Expectations
- YOU make your own schedule
- Call availability: (Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST/ Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
- Expected production: (Minimum 20 talk hours per week OR 8+ sales weekly)
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (multiple states preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain carrier certifications (Humana, UHC, Aetna, etc.)
- Strong Medicare product knowledge (MA/MAPD preferred)
- Prior telesales experience (Medicare sales strongly preferred)
- Reliable internet, headset, and home office setup
- Self-motivated with strong closing ability
- Ability to manage your own schedule and production
Important Contractor Details
- This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role (not W-2 employment)
- Agents are responsible for:
- Their own expenses, taxes, and licensing
- Maintaining required certifications and compliance
- Carrying Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance at their own expense
