Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging systems
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and support processes
- Resolve customer questions efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
- Document customer interactions clearly in internal systems
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data protection guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred but not required
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable using CRM systems and online support tools
