We are looking for a Remote Chat & Email Support Representative to join Meyer Plastics Inc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through online chat and email communication. Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat and email
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering service excellence
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using chat and email platforms
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Familiarity with the plastics industry or related field is a plus
Salary & Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
