Appointment Setter, Travel Services
Job Description:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our services
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for travel advisors using online calendars and scheduling tools
- Respond to basic questions and ensure interested clients are prepared for consultations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled meetings in CRM tools
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Self-starter with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, email platforms, and CRM systems
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or virtual assistance is a plus
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
