Influencer Marketing Manager (AI SaaS / Remote / Performance-Focused)
We’re a fast-growing AI music tool (consumer SaaS) looking for a full time Influencer Marketing Manager/operator to help scale our influencer marketing channel. This role is focused on performance, execution, and deal-making, not just outreach volume. You’ll work closely with the Head of Influencer Marketing to execute campaigns, manage creator relationships, and improve performance over time. What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to relevant influencers (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- Manage inbound creator conversations
- Negotiate pricing and structure deals
- Evaluate creators and assess performance potential
- Track campaign results and improve efficiency over time
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability (35–40 hours/week)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience running performance-driven influencer campaigns (focused on conversions and ROAS/ROI)
- Comfortable negotiating with creators and managing relationships
- Self-driven — able to operate independently in conversations and execution
Compensation
- $2,500 – $4,000/month (based on experience)
- Fully remote
