Independent Business Development Representative (1099 | 100% Commission | Remote/Flexible)
About the Opportunity Arcee Tech is a managed IT services provider based in Bergen County, NJ, built around helping small and mid-sized businesses bring structure, stability, and clarity to their technology. We are looking for a self-motivated business development rep to help us grow — on your terms. This is a 1099, fully commission-based role. No boss looking over your shoulder, no required hours, no micromanaging. If you are a natural connector who enjoys starting conversations and opening doors, this could be a great fit. What You Will Be Doing Your primary focus is promoting VoIP business communication services to local businesses. You are not closing the deal — you are starting the conversation and getting the meeting. We take it from there.
- Reach out to prospects in person, by phone, by email, or however you work best
- Introduce VoIP services and generate interest
- Set discovery meetings with our team
- Represent Arcee Tech professionally in every interaction
What You Will Earn We keep it simple and reward results:
- 3-year VoIP contract closed: 2x the first month's MRR
- Shorter term VoIP contract closed: 1x the first month's MRR
There is no ceiling here. The more conversations you start, the more you can earn. Who This Is a Good Fit For Someone with existing relationships in the local business community.
