Research & Regulation Compliance Specialist – Claims
Job Description:
- Apply statutory and regulatory requirements to real world claims scenarios
- Conduct targeted legal and regulatory research
- Support regulatory compliance efforts
- Review estate related documents to support claims determinations
- Assist with Market Conduct exams and regulatory inquiries
- Develop training materials and reference tools
- Analyze data to identify trends and support performance improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in legal research, regulatory compliance, insurance operations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
