Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Remote Freight and Logistics team, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
• Managing freight shipments, including tracking, tracing, and resolving issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to frequently lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety footwear, and high-visibility clothing

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:

• Previous experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations
• Strong writing and computer skills
