Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support to merchants and customers through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Collaborating with the Dealer Administration Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, driving overall team efficiency and quality
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and executing tasks to increase efficiency and quality
  • Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyzing data and using insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data analysis tools
