Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our sales team as a Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to web inquiries through chat, engaging with customers in SMS sales conversations, and managing email correspondence. You'll also actively participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence, and customer engagement. As a member of our close-knit sales team, you'll collaborate with supportive colleagues who share a passion for achieving collective success and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to web inquiries through chat, providing timely and accurate information to customers

  • Engage with customers in SMS sales conversations, building rapport and driving sales
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in responding to social media posts, enhancing our online presence and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Provide phone sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and targets
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new products, services, and industry trends

Qualifications

* Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Proficient typing skills, with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
