Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
• Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
• Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
• Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to position new solutions that align with customer needs
• Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps (no satellite)
• A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Quiet, secure workspace
