Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our digital databases. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of customer and account data, adhering to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures.
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data into our digital databases, using touch typing skills and database management tools.
- Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using analytical skills to resolve data discrepancies.
- Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
- Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, as needed, to support data entry and customer service operations.
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
- Basic Knowledge of Database Management Tools: Familiarity with database management tools and software.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think analytically and resolve data discrepancies.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
