Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving claims, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from clients with claims, providing empathetic and professional support

  • Conduct thorough intake questionnaires to gather essential information and create new records for each claimant
  • Utilize strong typing skills to accurately and efficiently enter data into our system
  • Communicate clearly and effectively over the phone, ensuring clients feel heard and understood
  • Provide basic administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving minor issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or front desk reception role

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements a plus

* Experience working in a regulated industry, such as insurance or finance

  • Proficiency in CRM software, data entry systems, and Microsoft Office applications
