Experienced Customer Service Representatives/Part Time - Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

We're now seeking friendly, action-oriented individuals to join our Insurance (property & casualty) team as Customer Service Representatives. As a part of our remote team, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible part-time schedule that suits your needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently - Manage outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and meet objectives - Support customer inquiries regarding insurance products and services - Provide basic policy information and transfer calls to the correct team when escalation is required - Perform other related duties as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences
Work Environment and Schedule:
- Work from home, with a part-time schedule of up to 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 10AM or noon - Enjoy a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work, with excellent internet connectivity

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience, with call center experience a plus - High school diploma or GED - High level of accuracy when completing tasks - Proficient PC skills, with typing of 30+ WPM - Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools - Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
