What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients' customers. Your day will be filled with:
- Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy
- Collaborating with our global team to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- A reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps, and a hardwired direct connection to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
