Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, using your exceptional typing skills and attention to detail.
- Discrepancy Reporting: You'll identify and report any discrepancies in the data received, ensuring that our systems are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communication: You'll work closely with our team to communicate any issues or concerns, and provide updates on your progress.
- Flexibility: You'll be required to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
Available Shifts
We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences. Here are the available shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:15 am to 3:45 pm (must be flexible for 8 to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends)
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am (must be flexible for 8 to 10-hour shifts and occasional weekends)
- Part-time: Saturdays and Sundays only (1st Shift: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, 2nd Shift: 4:00 pm to 12:30 am)
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check and drug test.
- High School Diploma or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Typing Skills: You'll need to have strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute on a typing test.
- Dependability: You'll need to be dependable and committed to attendance.
